The driver of a vehicle registered abroad, participating in traffic on the territory of the Republic of Poland, is obliged to carry and present at the request of a competent authority:
A document certifying to the vehicle's roadworthiness.
A document establishing identity.
A document certifying to the conclusion of a contract for compulsory civil liability insurance, along with proof of payment of the premium for the insurance.
